Training for an endurance event can be different for each athlete.  A program that works for one participant might not work for another.  For the most part, general training programs work for the majority of the population.  Most of these programs put together a structured and periodized schedule in order to meet the majority of participants goals.  Each participant may make little adjustments here and there but in general, the framework of a periodized training schedule will work for the majority of participants.  With this in mind, we currently have group workouts that meet the majority of one's endurance training needs.  From training for a half or full marathon to training for a sprint, olympic, or half ironman, we have found that training in a group environment helps keep one accountable and motivated for a successful finish.  As in many group settings, each member is responsible for ensuring the success of the group as a whole.  From showing up to group workouts with a positive attitude to helping out at team events, the success and well being of the group is dependent on each person within the group.  We look forward to hearing from you and seeing you out on the track, trail, road or pool.

Group Workout:  This includes group workouts that are posted in the Member's Locker Room area.
